Before joining the firm, Bita spent more than four years at the Housing and Urban Development Organisation, where she managed complex land-related litigation and legal procedures, including government land acquisitions for projects.

Bita is instrumental in obtaining essential governmental permits for renewable energy project sites and has significant expertise in conducting land due diligence, and drafting and negotiating land purchase and lease agreements for projects. Her capabilities extend to building and construction projects in Iran, where she specialises in drafting relevant contracts such as development contracts and pre-sale agreements.
