Azadeh Kebari is a highly experienced lawyer with 17 years of expertise in land-related legal matters.

Prior to joining Nami Associates, she dedicated seven years at Iran’s Housing and Urban Development Organisation, including four years as the Head of the Land Identification Commission, where she gained in-depth knowledge of land laws and regulations. Additionally, she served as the Head of the Legal Department in Karaj City, handling municipal and land governance matters.

As a member of the Land Allocation Committee, Azadeh has significant experience in land allocation for projects and negotiations with government legal departments. Her expertise extends to due diligence, regulatory compliance, transactional documentation, and legal strategies concerning real properties and development projects.
