Nami Associates attended the 28th Edition of the IIPLA Dubai Conference

Nami Associates attended the 28th Edition of the IIPLA Dubai Conference, held on 19–20 January 2026. We were pleased to participate as a speaker in the 8th session, focusing on Brand Protection, Trademarks and Designs in Global Markets, including strategies for combating counterfeiting, managing IP portfolios, and enforcing rights internationally.

Our Managing Associate, Ms. Fatemeh Pourazizi, spoke on the interaction between counterfeiting and unfair competition, as well as the importance of proactive IP portfolio management as a preventive tool against counterfeiting.

We sincerely appreciate our fellow IP practitioners for their valuable insights during the panel discussion, and we thank all attendees from numerous law firms and companies worldwide whose engagement, questions, and participation greatly enriched the session.
